Us Irish are now fancy connoisseurs of all things fancy-smhancy, including sushi, but did you know that you've been eating it wrong (probably) this whole time?
We love a good bit of sushi as much as the next person, but we'll freely admit here that we don't have a clue how to use chopsticks really. We pretend, and we hack away at our serving, surely insulting all those in our immediate area who know how they're supposed to be used.
