Well, this goes about as well as you'd expect.
This young Scottish lad decided it'd be a good idea to eat a Carolina Reaper Pepper. How hot's that, you ask? It currently holds the record for being the world's hottest pepper, at a whopping 2.2 MILLION on the Scoville Scale.
The Scoville Scale, incidentally, measures the spiciness / pungency of peppers according to Scoville heat units. Remember that episode of The Simpsons with Homer eats Chief Wiggum's Insanity Peppers? Same idea.
Except instead of a fictional cartoon character, this is a pre-teen.
Watch and be horrified.
In fairness to him, it keeps together for much longer than we'd be able.
And, y'know, it's a decent-sized peppers. We can't imagine the damage caused afterwards from you-know-what.
Also, the bit right at the end is where it really kicked in. Good job on cutting it right there.
