If you're thinking Dermot is looking a little mashed, that's because he's been dancing for 14 hours straight. And he has another 10 hours to go.

Since starting his Dance-a-thon in aid for Comic Relief (which is on tonight, folks, in case you've managed to avoid BBC2 for the last 3 weeks), Dermot has got on down with some Pearly King and Queens, with a few Flamenco dancers, a hoola hooping Jo Whiley, the entire band of Blue, the 5 Star, line dancers, and some Cossack Dancers, which seemed to concern O'Leary slightly/...

In a particularly cruel move, producers broke out Vanessa Feltz at 4am....

Thankfully, at that point, he'd ditched the impossibly tight white trousers for some shorts, before being interviewed by Nick Grimshaw - who can empathise after his twerkathon...

His highlight so far was clearly receiving a message from Thierry Henry...

As for what Dermot is doing right now? After dancing over a marathon in the last 14 hours, in the region of 80,000 steps according to his fitbit, he is now throwing a few shapes with Rastamouse. It's ok, Dermot, we can see the giant rodents too...

You can see Dermot dance his last steps on Comic Relief tonight, or follow his progress throughout the day via #DancingDermot. GOWAN, YOU TINY DANCER!
