Rhonda Rousey's new book is released today, and the notoriously private UFC Women's Bantamweight Champion apparently gets very candid in the book about her life.

She talks about her father's suicide, growing up and being booed by fans in 30 countries in the autobiography, 'Rousey'.

She also appeared on Opie and Jimmy's satellite radio show to talk about the book, and is more than a little inspirational.

Rousey was recently named the most dominant athlete in any sport by Business Insider.
