Star Wars fans across the world honoured the space opera yesterday for #MayTheFourthBeWithYou

Jimmy Fallon cut together an awesome Star Wars compilation for the Smash Mouth classic 'All Star'. Kristen Bell marked it by having Mark Hamill surprise uber fan Adam Scott on Jimmy Kimmel Live. Even political heads of state were getting in on the action with Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau wearing Star Wars themed socks for his meeting with Enda Kenny. 

While they were all worthy tributes, we think the top prize has to go to the news team at KMGH 7News in Denver, Colorado. They created a terrific little digital short that saw their meteorologist Lisa Hidalgo go head to head with traffic reporter Jayson Luber in a lightsaber duel worthy of anything we've seen in the original trilogy if we're being honest.
