If you can cast your mind back to early Summer when the sun was shining and the days were long and fair, you might also remember everybody getting all wound up by Brian O'Driscoll being left out of the (and his) final Lions test. The Lions won of course, in fact they hammered the Aussies, but some people were still very upset about our beloved Bod being disrespected like that.

O'Driscoll toed the line and didn’t say anything at the time but everybody was wondering what he really thought of being dropped and even more interestingly, his thoughts on former Irish coach Warren Gatland. Well, we might get to find out a bit more come October 28th.

Below are two trailers for the upcoming documentary Lions Raw. They contain some interesting titbits and, being Sky Sports produced, they are full of superlatives, hyperbolic language, slow motion hits and a soaring piece of classical music, but that's why we love Sky Sports right?

We get to see O'Driscoll display some amazing skills on the training ground while talking about players being left out of the squad and putting disappointments to one side. There are also some dressing room chats, the most interesting of which appears to show an almost tearful Rory Best being lambasted by Graham Rowntree for receiving treatment.

We know the documentary itself will be entertaining in a standard behind the scenes way, as in plenty of 'pranks' by the lads, probably a few arguments, maybe a dust up or two, but do we think there'll be much in the way of controversy when it comes to O'Driscoll being left out? Probably not, but I bloody hope so.
