So if you don't like snakes, we would advise that you look away at this point.

We all remember Indiana Jones and the giant pit of snakes ('snakes, why did it have to be snakes?'), and it turns out that is a reality, at least in Canada anyway. 

In Manitoba, Canada, they manage to get tens of thousands of red-sided garter snakes turning up at the Narcisse Snake Dens for the Spring-time, and they all cram into one small area, making for a pretty spectacular site, even if you don't like snakes.
