If you fancy a seriously tough workout over the weekend, you would have to go a long way to find one as tough as this. 

Body weight workouts are becoming more and more popular, and there's no doubt that they're seriously tough. The core strength required and the type of shape you have to be in to even attempt them is pretty amazing, so that's what makes this particular session by Simon Ata so damn impressive. 

Amongst the insanely difficult things he tries are ridiculous-looking backflip burpees, so if you thought that a regular burpee was hard, why not give a few of these a go. Any takers?

Obviously, don't try this at home or in the gym without someone showing you what the hell you're doing first. Something tells us Simon has had a lot of practice.
