The Man Cave enjoys a good deadlift as much as the next person, but there's no doubting that Benedikt (Benni) Magnusson is the king of the lift after he broke the World Record this weekend in Leeds at the Europe's Strongest Man competition.
At a ridiculous 461kg, Benni's giving it everything he's got to get the bar up, which is pretty easy to see given how much his legs are shaking and the fact that he's a little bit tired and dazed in the post-lift interview.
If the bar ain't bending, then you're just pretending.
