Imagine getting roasted by a stand-up comedian who was also serving you your food that you were paying for. And then add some extra bile. That's almost what an experience at Ed Debevic's Diner in Chicago is like.

Most restaurants operate under the motto of 'the customer is always right', but not here. In this diner, the wait staff are trained to be as rudely functional as possible, making for an eating experience like no other. 'Cherry' below is an example of one such member of staff, who is a character played by a woman named Kryssie, who's job it is to be as sassy as possible to customers who hopefully have a good sense of humour.

One such customer was Lanetta Maxfield, who recorded her encounter with 'Cherry' last weekend.

The video has understandably gone mega viral. We can't wait to see the Irish version of this AKA ever barman after 11pm on a Saturday.

While at the Younique Convention we wanted to get some lunch one day and heard about this "interesting" restaurant. So here we are having lunch at Ed Debevic's in Chicago--known for its "rudeness." It is hilarious. Here is our waitress. She would probably be fired if she was caught being nice.
