If you remember the brilliant story of Batkid, who won over the world thanks to social media sharing images of five-year-old Miles Scott saving San Francisco, then this trailer will need no introduction.

The idea behind the video is to raise awareness for an indiegogo crowdfunding campaign that hopes to get enough money together so that they can produce a documentary about Miles' amazing day that he and the residents of San Francisco will never forget.

Diagnosed with leukemia at a very young age, Miles was at the end of his treatment when the Make-A-Wish foundation in the Greater Bay Area hatched their plan to make him a real superhero for the day which got huge worldwide media coverage. Even Barack Obama sent him a message congratulating him on saving Gotham from the Riddler and Penguin.

This documentary will tell the story of how they managed to get the whole thing done, and what exactly it took to make San Francisco the home of Batman for one day, with the help of over 10,000 people, the police, and of course, Batkid himself. Just make sure you have that box of tissues nearby.

We're not crying, we've just been cutting onions...
