Parts of The Netherlands are currently dealing with very cold and icy weather and one of the consequences of it is freezing conditions inhibiting the doing of the most basic of chores. Exhibit A: this man who can't get his rubbish to the bin no matter how hard he tries thanks to a near perfect layer of black ice.
