While there is zero point in us going into the horrific and utterly upsetting details of what exactly ISIS has been up to lately, it's fair to say that the guy who directed this fancies themselves as the next Michael Bay. He is not.
Obviously meant to get at the US administration, they're naturally enough claiming victory over Obama, as he says that the US will "not be dragged into another war in Iraq."
