Sometimes you're exposed for not knowing anything in the midst of work, and for most of us this is an easy situation to deal with. Mika Brzezinski, who co-hosts MSNBC's Morning Joe program, however didn't have that luxury when she was forced to discover the meaning of the word 'furry' live on air on Monday morning.
For the uninitiated, 'furrys' are "people who are interested in the concept of fictional non-human characters with human characteristics", and while that may seem sweet and innocent, it tends to get weird quite quickly. Hence, we imagine, Brzezinski's reaction.
