All week over on our Instagram, we've been giving you some great fitness tips and videos to form a full circuit that you can try the next time you go to the gym.
Thanks to Anthony Lynch and the guys at Raw Gyms Dublin, we've got another workout for you to add to your routine that could shake you out of a rut or just give you a bit of an extra challenge.
As Anthony explains, this is a five-minute drill where you get through eight different exercises for 30 seconds each, aiming to take a minute as a break at the end, before you go back and do another circuit. You can do as many as you like or as many as you think you can, and it's designed to hit as many of the different muscle groups as possible so that you'll definitely feel the burn.
