When some of the greatest athletes in the world gather in Rio de Janeiro this summer, the audience watching at home will see them in their prime.
What the audience at home won't see is the less glamorous side of things, the training and all that goes with it to get them on that word stage.
Mattie Rogers hopes to represent the US weightlifting team in Rio this year and although she'll be chasing perfection at the Olympics, she's happy to share when things go very badly wrong in her training. She posted a video to Instagram which shows her dropping her weight and then watching helplessly as it rolls away from her and shatters the windows of the gym.
