Cameroonian striker Joel is a bit of a magician, both on and off the field it would seem.

While scoring goals is obviously the main thing that he does for Brazilian club Coritiba, he also has a few other tricks up his sleeve. Last night he pulled off the first of those pretty well with a lovely finish against São Paulo, leaving 'keeper Denis with no chance after he broke free in the opposition half, but when celebrating he also showed off another trick.

No, we're not talking about the stepovers, rather we're talking about the disappearing act he pulled in the celebration as he jumps over the barrier to get to the fans (who are a fair ways away from the pitch anyway) without checking to see what was on the other side.

What awaited him was a rather large gap and/or a big hole that he promptly fell in to, disappearing from sight entirely.

In case you want to see the best bit of that over and over on a loop, here's a lovely GIF we made of it, because we're such nice people.

Look before you leap is the lesson here, we suppose.
