Brendan Rodgers has had a less than ideal start to his Celtic career as his team slumped to a 1-0 Champions League qualifying defeat to semi-professional Gibraltar based team Lincoln Red Imps F.C.

Many fans have hailed it as the worst defeat in the history of the club and the media haven't been particularly kind either. Sky Sports News had extensive coverage of the result however they exactly cover themselves in glory with the standard of their reporting.

At one point, presenter Mike Wedderburn quoted some 'facts' about the Gibraltar side which included having an average attendance of 28 and not having access to their pitch on Tuesdays because it is used by the local metal detecting society.

The only issue is, said facts seem to have come from a Twitter parody account called @WeahsCousin

We reckon some poor researcher is going to get a scolding over this.
