This man is neither of those things. In fact, he's very much the opposite of these things.
The video, captured and posted to Reddit, sees a skateboarder who's pretty well wasted, attempting to skate home.
We could be wrong, but we're almost certain that's illegal. Right? Legal types, please get in touch and correct us.
Anyway, as you'd expect, it doesn't go well. At all.
