Whoa boy. We realise this guy has reason to be upset but take a chill pill dude, no one here wants to hurt you.
This sea lion was accidentally caught in a fishing net by a Russian trawler and when its crew tried to do the right thing and set it free, well let's just say it wasn't as happy an ending as one would imagine. The Lion and The Mouse this was not.
Turns out sea lions are Judo kings apparently, and can throw a man with minimal effort. Just a reminder to never judge a book by its cover there.
