You think you can't love Ryan Gosling any more than you already do and then he comes out with an acceptance speech like this.

Gosling won Best Actor in Comedy or Musical at the Golden Globes last night and after doing the standard praising of co-star Emma Stone and director Damien Chazelle, he settled down to the real business of acknowledging the contribution his partner, Eva Mendes has made to his success.

"You don’t get to be up here without standing on the shoulders of a mountain of people," he began.

"While I was singing and dancing and playing piano and having one of the best experiences I’ve ever had on a film, my lady was raising our daughter, pregnant with our second, and trying to help her brother fight his battle with cancer,"

"If she hadn’t taken all of that on so I could have this experience, it would surely be somebody else up here other than me.”

OK people. We're going for a collective swoon in 3.....2.....1....
