A woman is being treated in hospital after she was hit by a runaway buzzsaw in Manhattan yesterday.
A passing pedestrian received a gash in her leg after a buzzsaw went rogue, leaving her requiring hospitalisation. A crew tearing up the pavement on a street lost control of the tool, which flew into the crowd, hitting the woman.
The video is CCTV footage of it, and although it's easy to miss on the first watch, you can see the incident happen near the top of the screen in the shot, as the woman hits the ground and a crowd rushes towards her.
Eyewitnesses described the scene as being like something from a horror movie, according to Guyism, and duly noted that there was a whole lot of screaming going on.
