Cristiano Ronaldo sent Ryan Giggs a special message last night as he received his lifetime achievement award
Having spent the last 24 years at Manchester United and even taking charge of the club after the recent sacking of David Moyes, Giggs was given a lifetime achievement award last night at the club’s player of the year ceremony, and one he definitely has earned.
A whole host of stars lined up to pay tributes to him, one of whom was former team-mate Cristiano Ronaldo, who left a lovely message of support for the Welshman as he hangs up his boots.
A nice touch, although he couldn’t resist a little dig at his age…
