Noordeinde, a town in the Dutch province of South Holland, has a bird problem. It's not at Hitchcock-ian levels just yet, but to the unaware and easily scared it's a bit of an issue.
For some reason, this eagle owl has decided that the heads of people walking through a certain part of town would make an excellent stoop and has been landing on people's heads at random over the last few months. This particular incident that was caught on camera shows how smug he is about it too, doing a little dance on the woman's head before flying off.
