We were already aware that Oprah Winfrey is a wonder woman. This just proves that all the more.
Mindy Kaling appeared on Stephen Colbert’s talk show last night to talk about her new Disney movie A Wrinkle in Time.
As well as talking about the film, Colbert asked Kaling what it’s been like to be a first time mom and shared a picture of the white baby clothes he gifted Mindy’s daughter, Katherine.
Unfortunately he got one-upped by Oprah, Kaling’s co-star in A Wrinkle in Time.
She got Katherine a hand-carved bookcase and in it were 100 classic children's novels inscribed with the phrase “Katherine’s Book Club.” The bookcase was designed to look like the treehouse Kaling’s character Mrs. Who from A Wrinkle in Time lives in.
