It's that time of year again when the NFL makes all their potential new recruits run around really fast, jump as high as they can, and repeatedly lift heavy things. 

This is known as the combine, and it can play a huge role in whether or not you get drafted by the team of your dreams, or even get into the league at all. 

One part of the series of athletic tests that they need to undergo is the 40-yard dash, where players need to prove that they've got explosive speed, but this year NFL commissioner Roger Goodell got involved and uploaded a video of himself attempting the sprint, and he got on pretty well. 

5.53 is respectable, and better than some of the players who got drafted last year. He's still got it, as they say...
