Zuu is a new form of exercise based on bodyweight exercises that looks like it's going to get huge this year.

Thanks to the guys at Raw Gyms Dublin, we've got a five minute circuit that you can try adding to the end of your regular workout to get that sweat pumping, or that you can tyr a few rounds of for a full, intense workout that will push you hard. 

Zuu is a functional, interval-based type of training that pushes you to your limits and is based on animal movements, and while a lot of the moves might be new, Anthony Lynch from Raw has been giving us the low down on each of them over on our Instagram all week, where we've been putting up two new videos every day. 

In this full circuit, Anthony runs through what each of the different moves are, and how to transition from one to the other without taking any breaks. You should aim to get as many reps of each of the exercises in as you can in 30 seconds, and keep a record of that number so that you can aim for that on every round. Take a one minute break in between rounds, and the whole thing should take you 5 minutes. If you want to try and push yourself a bit more, you can do a couple of rounds, and still get a tough workout in without spending more than half an hour in the gym and making the most of the time that you have to get fit.
