As we approach 2015, it's time to cast our minds back and think about all that we have achieved as humans in 2014.
We've made great leaps in terms of technology, in fighting diseases and in trying to solve the big issues of the world, but not everyone has contributed to these great steps forward. Instead, some people decided to take a selfie in front of a moving train and got kicked in the head for their troubles.
So, sit back and enjoy all the greatest fails of 2014, and marvel at the fact that most of these people are still alive despite their stupidity burning with the white hot intensity of a thousand suns.
