Smartphones are useful and wonderful tools. They're also time sapping demons that need to be put down.
So much precious time can be lost because you've got Twitter open on your phone and you can't stop scrolling down because if you do you'll miss the most important link you'll ever click in your life. Precious time that can be better spent with loved ones around us.
