Kim Jong Un was one of the people that we were not expecting to see at the Hong Kong protests, it must be said.
Look, it's Halloween, so you have to at least give this guy some points for coming up with a decent costume, and you've got to be brave to take the piss out of the North korean dictator, limp and all. He is now, most surely, on a list somewhere.
