Ryan Reynolds pretty much ruined movie promotion for actors.

Before his excellent antics throughout the press tour for Deadpool, actors could take things pretty easy when it came to promoting their movie. Show up a premiere here, a couple of press junkets there, maybe even a talk show appearance or two?

Following Deadpool's phenomenal box office success, studios are now looking at alternative and creative ways to promote their movies. Such as having their star interact with the fans while in character.

With Alice: Through the Looking Glass set to hit cinemas at the end of the month, Disney decided to surprise visitors of the Disneyland resort by live streaming Johnny Depp (in character as The Mad Hatter) on screens throughout the resort. The screens also had cameras set up so that Depp could see the people around the posters too, making it an interesting interactive experience.
