Pokemon is getting more and more political, having appeared in the American presidential campaign last week and now coming into British politics.
This weekend, political reporter Adam Fleming interviewed Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn in Finsbury Park for BBC One’s Sunday Politics.
After discussing Corbyn’s leadership of the party, his allotment and the new prime minister, Fleming introduced Corbyn to the game that has swept the western world: Pokemon Go.
Corbyn got quite into it, even getting Seamus (whoever he is) to move as he was blocking the Pokemon.
He is somewhat pleased at having caught a Krabby, incidentally by a lake, but is somewhat ambiguous about how useful the game is.
