Geologists / Metal Gods at Syracuse University have devised a rather ingenious way of cooking a nice, juicy steak by using molten lava.

By using 700 degrees celsius metal, they can cook a fine T-bone in just under a few minutes.

Or hey, if you prefer yours well-done to crispy, you can just pop it on the lava for a good bit of carbon.
