Morghan King is a competitive weight lifter, and to her, food is pure fuel. 

She has to do nine sessions a week of intense weight lifting that can last up to two and a half hours, so making sure that she eats the right thing to get through the incredible amount of work she has to do is important. 

The folks at Munchies decided to follow her around for a week to see just how much she has to eat to make sure that she stays at the right weight, and, as one of only a few women in the world who can lift her own bodyweight, what she takes on to fuel her muscles.
