Being a strongman isn't all about hitting the gym and working out as hard as possible, some of the toughest work goes on in the kitchen.

And it's not just what you eat, it's how much. In this video, the folks from Munchies follow Robert Oberst (aka Obie), a professional strongman, around for a day to see just what he eats, and because he lifts big, he's got to eat big too.

In a typical day, Oberst will get through anything from 15,000-20,000 calories, which is a serious truckload of food. At 6'8" and 400 lbs, he's what you could safely describe as "a unit", but staying that big and working out that hard doesn't come easy.

If you want the full recipe for Obie's Pasta Asciutta, then you can get that over here. You'd better be ready to hit the gym afterwards though...
