Although last night's UFC Fight Night 76 ended in disappointment for Paddy Holohan and Cathal Pendred, Aisling Daly had a convincing victory over Brazil's Ericka Almeida.
Daly destroyed Almeida convincingly with a unanimous decision win. Almeida's record is now seven wins and two losses, with Daly going 2-1 in the UFC.
Her walkout song, Cranberries' Zombie, played through the 3Arena and, sure enough, the capacity crowd rowed in behind her.
