We all know that Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson has been working out incredibly hard to get in shape for his new role as Hercules, but a lot of the work is done in the kitchen and by keeping an eye on your nutrition.
In line with that, he posted up his daily meal plan on Twitter a while back so that people could try it for themselves and see if they too could get similarly ripped. In case you were wondering what it is, it's right here for you:

One guy who did decide to tackle the challenge is Matt Stonie, who has previous when it comes to eating like The Rock, but the difference is that instead of spreading these seven meals and some 4,000 calories out across the day, he tries to do it all in one sitting.
We can only imagine how sick he was afterwards...
