Earlier this week, we met Jonathan Codd, one of our readers who's taking on the challenge of Tough Mudder event later this month.
In partnership with Under Armour and the folks at Metabolic Fitness on Drury Street, Jonathan is going to undertake a demanding new fitness routine put together by Dave Peelo, and if you want to get some training tips for the event or just shake up your regular gym routine, we've got some top tips from Dave on what exercises you should be doing. In this first video, there are two exercises highlighted that will help you to get past specific obstacles on the course, but will also really help you to feel the burn at your next session if you add them into your workout.
