As if we needed proof, Gabriel Batistuta shows that he's still got it

From our childhood we can vividly remember sitting down in front of the TV of a Saturday morning to watch Gazzetta Football Italia, and as James Richardson enjoyed a pastry and a cup of coffee, we enjoyed watching all the legends of the game score a series of incredible goals, perhaps none more so than Argentine Garbiel Batistuta.

Last night, he took part in a charity match known as La Partita del Cuore between a few celebrities (singers mostly) and former footballers, and with just four minutes on the clock, the man known as 'Batigol' scored this cracker.

Other players in attendance were Rino Gattuso, Roberto Baggio, Francesco Toldo and Javier Zanetti, amongst a whole host of others, all to raise money for the charity, which helps victims of war in 16 countries around the world and also builds hospitals and centres for surgery, rehabilitation, and paediatrics.
