Floyd Mayweather was approached by a camera-wielding, eh, "journalist" for TMZ and asked, in New York, if he'd seen Conor McGregor become a two-weight world Champion at the weekend.
Bearing in mind UFC 205 was in New York, and broke a gate record for Madison Square Garden - but Mayweather played dumb. He then seemed to be offended by the fact that the camera man was comparing him to McGregor at all.
He doesn't mind talking himself up at all does Floyd, but we'd love to see the fight happen just to see Conor mess with his head. He's never faced anyone like McGregor before in that sense. Even if he obviously had the advantage in the boxing world, a straight MMA fight between the two in the octagon might just end even quicker. Extremely unlikely we'll ever see that, mind,
