This is one helluva terrifying/enthralling pre-match show. Waikato faced off against East Coast-Ngati Porou in a Rainfurly Challenge match last Tuesday but before things got underway, the two teams stood each other down with a "haka-off".
Spectators then rushed the field, surrounding the two advancing teams in this fearsome display. It's hard to say who won the "haka-off" but the match's final result was a bit more clear cut: Waikato 65 - East Coast-Ngati Porou 10. Well I guess they couldn't haka the competition. Eh? I'll get my coat.
