The performances were for Spike TV special Rock the Troops – a musical and comedy show hosted by Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson dedicated to America’s armed forces.
Filmed at the Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam in Hawaii, the event aired last night, and featured stars such as Matthew McConaughey, Jack Black, and Kevin Hart, with musical performances from Nick Jonas, Flo Rida, Tenacious D, and more.
Johnson dressed as Elvis Presley and sang his little heart out in a rendition of Jailhouse Rock with dancers and fireworks in the background. He’s previously shown off his singing chops in Moana and we have to say, it seems like there’s nothing the guy can’t do.
Meanwhile Crews’ performance began with a traditional rendition of ‘I Don’t Know What I’ve Been Told’ which then transitioned into Taylor Swift’s smash hit, ‘Shake It Off.’
