"I'm the king of the jungle, now clean my teeth tiny dog, rawr!"

Bonedigger is a 500 pound lion. Milo is a dachshund. Both are 5 years old the unlikely pair have taken a bit of a shine to each other since being introduced as 4-week old pubs. So much so, that the lion is completely cool with Milo licking his teeth clean for him:

According to Joe Schreibvogel - the face of the Garold Wayne Zoo in Oklahoma - Bonedigger is mildly disabled because of a metabolic disease, which could go some way to explain how docile he is around his tiny dog friend:

"The dogs thought it was just a big puppy and have loved each other since. I also think they know the lion is not as normal as the rest."

Milo also have another bezzie dachshund - Angel - who sleeps and eats raw meet with him.

Schreibvogel added: "You do not ever try to take his dogs out of the yard. [It] makes him very mad. They sleep on top of him."
