This is a pretty great story.
Emmet O'Callaghan was nominated for the Christmas Covered competition by his younger sister, Emer.
Emmet, his wife and his three children had been having a rough year. Shortly after Emmet lost his job, his house suffered a fire with substantial damage.
Emer was on RedFM with Neil Prendeville, discussing how her older brother was a rock of support for the family, following the death of their family when Emmet was 11.
"He missed out on so much of his own childhood for me," Emer explained.
Emmet and his wife Zara were surprised at their home with a bumper selection of gifts and prizes, not to mention a fully redecorated house and a ton of holidays and hampers.
