College Humour are known for their hilarious skits, but this time they've got a more important message for you.

We all love the internet and have come to depend on technology, but what exactly is it doing to our brains? If you have found yourself absentmindedly flicking through your Twitter feed while watching the World Cup or updating your Facebook status while Game of Thrones is on, you might have noticed that you find it more difficult to concentrate.

This video from the folks at College Humour challenges us to sit, for a mere three minutes, and listen. That's it, just listen to someone talking to us, sitting there, not doing anything particularly outrageous or over the top; he just wants our attention for 180 seconds as he speaks directly to us. Can you do it?

The reward, if you make it through, is that you made it through.
