Linton Zoo near Cambridge has a newish traditional that helps both the environment and their lions as they take in Christmas trees once they've met their end date and hand them over as playthings for their African lions Zuri and Safina. The zoo has been receiving trees for three years now and as you can see, it's been a bit of a success.
