Clowns everywhere are chomping at the bit.

The smallest roadworthy car measures 63.5 cm high, 65.41 cm wide and 126.47 cm long. It was created by Austin Coulson and measured in Carrollton, Texas, USA, on 7 September 2012 by Guinness World Records. Basically it's something a toddler should be driving, if they had a license. But with a top speed of 40 km/h and a 45 mile to the gallon tank, it's not exactly the wave of the future.
