Snow breeds mischief, and when there's a live news report involved, you just know someone is going to take advantage and try and nab their 15 seconds of fame.

Case in point, this kid who spotted a BBC correspondent filing a report from the street in Eastleigh and decided that a well-timed snowball was called for. Unfortunately fo him (and us we guess), his attempt was rather lackluster. BBC News political editor for the South Peter Henley was so unfazed by it we don't even think he registered the 'attack'. That's 20 years of experience in the field right there.

This kid however is a menace to society and must be stopped immediately.
