You'd forget sometimes that there's a fully-manned space station floating above us right now, and that we have the technology for them to make a small little video of them idly pointing out cities from above.

This video shows astronauts Mike Hopkins and Rick Mastracchio pointing out a number of cities and landmarks from the sky, and it's surprisingly calming even though they're 408 kilometres in orbit above Earth.

So, yeah, this is either really relaxing or you'll get sweaty palms. Take a look and see what happens.
