As 'Welcome Home' gestures go, this one is pretty special - especially as the weather looks particularly unforgiving.

Rugby is to New Zealand what football is to Kerry, so a heroes welcome of such magnitude is unsurprising. According to Sky News: "Inside the airport 4,000 black-clad fans, some of whom had camped out overnight, packed the arrivals hall to greet them."

Captain Richie McCaw said: "The support's been amazing, so to bring this back is pretty awesome." Coach Steve Hansen added: "It's not too bad is it. We're starting to get used to having it around."

This is the third time the All Blacks have taken the Rugby World Cup home, second time consecutively.
